This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on uk.fagaci.com, eu.fagaci.com and au.fagaci.com, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We also use similar technologies such as pixels and local storage; this policy covers those too.
YOUR CHOICES
On your first visit from the EU or UK you are shown a consent dialog. Strictly necessary cookies are always active; analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Privacy Preferences" link in our footer — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. We also honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
COOKIES WE USE
1. Strictly necessary (always active — the store cannot work without them)
Provider: Shopify (our e-commerce platform)
Examples: cart, cart_currency, secure_customer_sig, localization, _shopify_essential, _tracking_consent (stores your consent choice)
Purpose: keeping your cart, sign-in, currency/country selection, security and fraud prevention, remembering your cookie choice.
Duration: from session up to about 1 year.
2. Functional
Provider: Okendo (product reviews) — displays verified customer reviews.
Provider: Omnisend — remembers a newsletter signup or back-in-stock request you made so we can honor it.
Duration: typically up to 12 months.
3. Analytics (with your consent)
Provider: Shopify Analytics (_shopify_y, _shopify_s and related)
Purpose: understanding how the store is used (pages visited, purchases) so we can improve it.
Duration: _shopify_s about 30 minutes; _shopify_y about 1 year.
4. Advertising (with your consent)
Provider: Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — _fbp (about 3 months), fbc
Provider: Google Ads — _gcl_au and related (about 3 months)
Purpose: measuring our advertising and showing you more relevant ads. These providers may combine this data with information from your accounts with them and process it under their own policies:

Where these providers process data outside the EEA, transfers rely on safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses).
Durations are approximate and set by the providers; they may change. This list is reviewed periodically.
LEGAL BASIS
Strictly necessary cookies: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional store (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for storing information on your device, the exemption for technically necessary storage (ePrivacy Art. 5(3)). All other categories: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via Privacy Preferences.
